Windshield Replacement

A crack in the windshield spreads in the Arizona heat and fails inspection for a lot of insurers. If your windshield cracked in the accident, or before it, we replace it while the car is already here, so you don't make a second trip.

What it involves

Arizona insurers must offer full glass coverage, and many policies include it with no deductible. We check your policy and bill the glass separately from the body repair when it's covered, so a windshield doesn't eat into your deductible help.

Newer vehicles carry cameras behind the windshield for lane keeping and emergency braking. Those systems need recalibration after glass replacement; we handle it as part of the job and note it on your final summary.

Signs you need it

  • A crack longer than a dollar bill, or any crack in the driver's line of sight
  • A chip that has started to spread, especially after a hot day
  • The windshield cracked in the collision and the car is coming in anyway
  • A dash warning for lane or camera systems after glass damage

Common questions

Does insurance cover a windshield in Arizona?

Often, yes. Arizona requires insurers to offer full glass coverage, and many policies include it with a $0 deductible. Send us your policy or insurance card and we'll tell you.

Can you replace the windshield at the same time as my body work?

Yes, that's the point. One drop-off, one pickup.

Do you recalibrate the cameras?

Yes. Vehicles with lane-keeping or automatic braking cameras are recalibrated after the glass goes in.

Deductible assistance

Don't let the deductible hold up the repair.

For many drivers the deductible is the hardest part of an accident. Ask about deductible assistance: on qualifying repairs we can reduce what you pay out of pocket by up to $1,000, and you see the exact amount in writing before work starts.

Assistance is a discount on our side of the repair. We never inflate an estimate or bill your insurer for your deductible. Eligibility depends on the repair and your policy.

  1. Tell us your deductibleShare the collision or comprehensive deductible on your policy.
  2. We review the repairOnce the estimate is approved, we see what we can take off.
  3. You get it in writingYour out-of-pocket amount is on paper before we start.

Send a few photos. We'll take it from there.

Upload pictures of the damage for a preliminary price range, or call and talk to someone at the shop.
