Repair Warranty
Applies to collision and body repairs completed on or after November 1, 2026. The repair level and its warranty are written on your estimate and final paperwork.
Which warranty applies
Best Deal Auto Body Shop ("Best Deal") offers three repair levels, and the warranty depends on the level you choose on your estimate.
Economy Repair: no warranty. This is an appearance-focused budget option. Texture differences, edge lines or color variation may remain visible at certain angles or under direct light, and these are not defects.
Best Deal Repair: a 3-year limited warranty on workmanship and refinish, measured from the delivery date.
Insurance Quality: a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship and refinish for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle.
What is covered
Defects in the workmanship Best Deal performed, such as panel alignment, welds, seam sealing and hardware installed by Best Deal.
Peeling, flaking, delamination, blistering or clearcoat failure of paint applied by Best Deal on the repaired or refinished panels.
If a covered defect appears, Best Deal will repair or refinish the affected area at no charge for labor or materials. Repairs are performed at Best Deal in Glendale, Arizona. Best Deal may inspect the vehicle before any warranty work.
What is not covered
New collision damage, impacts, rock chips, scratches, dents, vandalism, theft, fire, flood, hail or other events after delivery.
Damage from misuse, racing, off-road use, improper washing (hand wash only for 30 days, no wax for 60 days), automatic car washes with brushes in the first 30 days, or environmental contamination such as bird droppings, tree sap, road tar, chemical spills, industrial fallout or sun fade on panels Best Deal did not refinish.
Parts: new OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty; recycled OEM (salvage) and aftermarket parts carry the supplier's warranty, if any. Best Deal will help you with a parts claim but does not warrant the parts themselves.
Pre-existing damage, rust or prior repairs not performed by Best Deal, and any area not listed on your estimate.
Mechanical, electrical, suspension, alignment, glass, tires and sublet work (for example calibration), which carry the supplier's or sublet shop's warranty only.
Hidden damage found during the repair is priced before any additional work; Best Deal calls you first. Declining recommended additional work voids the warranty for the affected area.
How to make a claim
Call (602) 754-8315 or email bestdealautobodyshop@gmail.com, bring the vehicle to Best Deal for inspection, and have your estimate or final paperwork handy. Warranties are not transferable and have no cash value. This warranty gives you specific rights; you may have other rights under Arizona law.
