Collision Repair

Most collision damage sits behind the bumper cover, not on it. We take the damaged area apart, document every broken clip, bracket and sensor, and build the repair plan from what we actually find.

What it involves

A repair that is planned from the outside usually stalls halfway through, when hidden damage turns up and the car waits for another round of parts and approvals. Our teardown happens first, so parts are ordered once and your insurance company sees the full picture with photos.

Structural work is measured, panels are fitted and gapped, and the finish is color matched to your paint code. Before we call you, the car goes through a final quality check: panel gaps, lights, warning lights, fluid levels and a road test.

Signs you need it

  • Your airbags deployed or the car had to be towed
  • Doors, hood or trunk no longer line up or close evenly
  • The car pulls, the steering wheel is off center, or there is a new noise
  • Warning lights came on after the impact
  • Fluid is leaking under the front of the car

Common questions

How long will my collision repair take?

It depends on the damage, parts availability and insurance approval. After teardown we give you a realistic timeline and update you if anything changes.

Do I have to use the shop my insurance recommends?

No. In Arizona you choose the repair shop. Tell your insurance company you want Best Deal and we will work with them.

What happens if you find more damage after teardown?

We photograph it and send a supplement to your insurer, or explain the added cost to you first if you are paying directly. No added work starts without approval.

Deductible assistance

Don't let the deductible hold up the repair.

For many drivers the deductible is the hardest part of an accident. Ask about deductible assistance: on qualifying repairs we can reduce what you pay out of pocket by up to $1,000, and you see the exact amount in writing before work starts.

Assistance is a discount on our side of the repair. We never inflate an estimate or bill your insurer for your deductible. Eligibility depends on the repair and your policy.

  1. Tell us your deductibleShare the collision or comprehensive deductible on your policy.
  2. We review the repairOnce the estimate is approved, we see what we can take off.
  3. You get it in writingYour out-of-pocket amount is on paper before we start.

Send a few photos. We'll take it from there.

Upload pictures of the damage for a preliminary price range, or call and talk to someone at the shop.
