Photos you upload for an online estimate are reviewed by our estimating software, which uses an AI service provider to read the photos. They are used only to prepare your estimate and repair file.

Text messages

We send text messages only if you opt in. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in information are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share them only with the service providers that deliver our messages.

Who we share with

Your insurance company or the other driver's insurer when you ask us to work on a claim, parts suppliers (vehicle details only), payment processors, and service providers that host our website, store files and deliver messages. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep repair records, including photos and documents, so we can look up past repairs, answer warranty or insurance questions and meet legal requirements.
