After-hours drop-off: use the key drop box

Park in front of the shop. The key drop box is the slot in the bottom window pane to the left of the Suite 109 door (next to the Sherwin-Williams mat). Put your keys in an envelope with your name and phone number, drop them through the slot, and we'll text you when we have the car in the morning.

No appointment needed. We're open every day, 7 AM to 6 PM. Bring the car and the keys to 5511 N 51st Ave, Suites 108 & 109, Glendale. Days in the shop start when we receive your car. Our target is 7 working days (Monday–Friday; weekends don't count). It depends on how fast your insurance responds and on parts availability; we'll tell you where you stand.

Repair authorization & payment agreement

1. Authorization to repair. I authorize Best Deal Auto Body LLC ("Best Deal") to perform the repairs on my vehicle at the repair level I selected, to perform necessary supplements, and to road test the vehicle as needed.
2. Estimates and supplements. Estimates are based on visible damage. Additional (hidden) damage is often found after the vehicle is taken apart. If it is, Best Deal documents it and sends a supplement to my insurance company, or, if I am paying myself, explains the added cost and gets my approval before doing the added work. I understand the estimate may change.
3. Parts. Best Deal may use OEM, aftermarket, reconditioned or recycled parts as allowed by my insurance policy, my repair level, and applicable law. The parts used are listed on my final invoice.
4. Payment terms. Payment is due in full when the repair is complete. The vehicle is released only when the balance is paid. I am responsible for my deductible, any amount my insurance company does not pay, any betterment or depreciation it applies, and any work I approve that is not covered. A 4% processing fee applies to card payments; cash, Zelle and insurance checks have no fee.
5. Insurance responsibility and direction to pay. I am responsible for all charges regardless of what my insurance company pays. I direct and assign insurance payments for this repair directly to Best Deal, and I will endorse any insurance check made out to me that is needed to pay the repair.
6. Free estimate and teardown authorization. The estimate is free. I authorize Best Deal to disassemble (tear down) my vehicle as needed to inspect the damage, find hidden damage, identify every part and prepare a complete, documented repair plan with each part and operation priced. If I complete the repair at Best Deal, there is no charge for the teardown. If I choose not to repair at Best Deal after the teardown, a teardown charge of $750 is due before the vehicle is released, and the vehicle is returned as disassembled unless I pay for reassembly.
7. If I decide not to repair at Best Deal. If Best Deal towed my vehicle at its expense and I then choose not to repair at Best Deal, a $250 tow charge applies. If Best Deal has completed my repair blueprint (the documented estimate identifying and pricing every part and operation, and any work with my insurance company on it) and I take the vehicle elsewhere, an administrative fee of $450 applies for that work. These charges are due before the vehicle is released.
8. Storage. If I do not pick up my vehicle within 72 hours after I am notified it is complete, or within 72 hours after I decline the repair, storage is charged at $220 per day until the vehicle is picked up and the balance is paid.
9. Personal property. I have removed my personal items, valuables, weapons and firearms from the vehicle. Best Deal is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
10. Repair time. Repair dates are targets, not guarantees. Insurance response and parts availability can change them. Best Deal is not responsible for delays caused by the insurance company, parts suppliers or hidden damage, and is not liable for loss of use.
11. Communications. Best Deal may call, email and, if I opted in, text me about this repair.
12. Electronic signature. I agree that my typed name and drawn signature below are my legal signature, and that this electronic agreement has the same effect as a signed paper agreement. I can request a copy at any time.
