Can I choose my own body shop in Arizona?
Yes. Your insurance company can recommend a shop, but you decide where your car is repaired. We work with all insurance companies.
Do you really help with deductibles?
On qualifying repairs, yes, up to $1,000. We explain how it applies to your repair and put your out-of-pocket amount in writing before work begins.
Is the estimate free?
Yes, always. If your repair needs a teardown to find hidden damage, that is free too when you repair with Best Deal; you only pay for the teardown ($750) if you take the car somewhere else afterward. You sign for that at check-in, so there are no surprises.
What is the difference between aftermarket, recycled and OEM parts?
OEM parts are new from your vehicle's manufacturer. Recycled (salvage) parts are original parts taken from another vehicle, usually about 20% less. Aftermarket parts are new parts made by other companies, usually about 30% less; fit and finish vary by brand.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
It depends on the repair level you choose. Best Deal Repair includes a 3-year limited workmanship and refinish warranty. Insurance Quality includes a lifetime limited workmanship and refinish warranty while you own the vehicle. Economy Repair has no workmanship or refinish warranty.
The accident wasn't my fault. What do I do?
File with the other driver's insurance company. If they accept the claim you generally don't pay a deductible. We help you open the claim and work with their adjuster.
Do you have loaner cars?
Yes. Ask for one on the online check-in and it's ready on your drop-off day. $35 a day, usually far less than a rental, and often paid by the at-fault driver's insurance.
Will you pick up my car?
Yes. Within 20 miles of our Glendale shop we pick up your vehicle at home or work and deliver it back repaired. If it can't be driven, we send a tow truck. Both are included with your repair.
Can you replace my windshield and do an alignment too?
Yes, while the car is already here. Many Arizona policies cover glass with no deductible, and a collision alignment goes on the insurance estimate.
I was injured in the accident. What should I do first?
Get medical care first, even if you feel fine; some injuries show up days later. Keep every record. Then open the claim and get your car to us. If you want to talk to a lawyer, we can refer you to one.
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. Our team speaks Spanish, and this website, the photo estimate and our emails are available in Spanish.
